In the 1st quarter of 2011, currency-neutral adidas Group sales grew in all locations. Revenues in Western European countries increased 14% on a currency-neutral basis, primarily as a result of double-digit sales expansion in Australia, France and Italy. In European Rising Markets, Group sales elevated 26% on the currency-neutral basis due to progress in most of the region's marketplaces, in particular Russia.
